Attendees Operators of the ZEISS CALYPSO offline station who want to generate test plans and simulate processes independently of the device. Prerequisites Several years of experience in coordinate metrology and in the application of ZEISS CALYPSO. ZEISS CALYPSO Advanced Training is required. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target With this training, the automatic generation of test plans with the ZEISS CALYPSO planner will be learned. Collision analysis in simulation mode and working with CAD model can be applied. Content • Set up offline station, operate ZEISS CALYPSO in simulation mode, • Offline programming with/ without CAD model, • Reading and revising models, • Create an inspection plan on the CAD model, • Other CAD functions, • Exercises for the probe assembly kit, designed probes transferred to the test plan, • Functions of the simulation mode, step size, collisions, display of the pushbuttons, route simulation, collision detection, processing of pushbutton collisions, all characteristics, individual features in simulation mode, test step-by-step operation, • Further examples and practical exercises.
