Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine and ZEISS GEAR PRO bevel who want to measure bevel gears with rotary table. Prerequisites Experience in metrology and working with ZEISS CALYPSO. Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target Independently measure bevel gears with rotary table. Content • Qualify the rotary axis, • stylus setup, • entering geometry data, • measuring tasks, • generating a data set from a master wheel, analysis, • measuring a gear wheel as well as entering and transferring data.
