Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine and ZEISS GEAR PRO involute who want to measure involute gears with rotary table. Prerequisites Experience in metrology and working with ZEISS CALYPSO. Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target Independently measure straight and slanted-tooth involute gears with/without rotary table. Content • Qualify rotary table, • Details of qualifying styli, orientation, stylus setup, • CNC programming, entering data, • Measuring tasks, • Profile, line, pitch and radial runout, • Analysis, regression line, crowning, • K chart and graphic formats.
