Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine and/or ZEISS CALYPSO who want to learn programming and application of ZEISS CALYPSO. Prerequisites No software knowledge required. Training AUKOM Level 1 is recommended. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target The contents and exercises of this training should enable independent measurement of simple workpieces using the ZEISS Cookbook for tactile measurement strategies. Content • Introduction to hardware and software, • Concept and functionalities of ZEISS CALYPSO, • Qualify probes, create measuring features and characteristics, • Standard Base Alignments and Clearance Planes, measuring features, strategy, characteristics, automatic runs • Constructions, special alignments, scanning features, editing exercises, • Import of CAD models, • Working with ZEISS PiWeb reporting and protocol design, • Working with the Cookbook, • Practicing and deepening the topics. • Further customer-specific topics on request.
