Attendees Operators of the ZEISS O-INSPECT who want to work with the optical sensor and learn curve functionality on the O-INSPECT. Prerequisites Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target This training enables the application-oriented use of the optical sensor with ZEISS CALYPSO for ZEISS O-INSPECT. Content • Principle and function of the optical sensors, • Qualification procedures for the various sensors, • Setting up the optical sensors in the workshop, • Measurement with the optical sensor, • Scanning with the optical sensor, • Define safety blocks, create and calibrate the base system, • Optical functions on the ZEISS O-INSPECT, • Practical exercises. • Learn how to program nonstandard geometries, spline functionality and reverse engineering applications • Overview of curve geometries and vectors • Creating nominal curves (importing values, digitizing, CADspline, generate nominals from an equation), editing nominalcurve data • Curve characteristics and evaluation types, • Practical exercises.
