Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine and/or ZEISS CALYPSO who want to deepen their knowledge and learn new functionalities. Prerequisites Several years of experience in working with ZEISS CALYPSO - creating measuring programs and carrying out measurements. Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. AUKOM Level 2 is recommended. PC knowledge must be available. Learning Target In this training course the knowledge in working with ZEISS CALYPSO is deepened and other functions of the software are trained in detail. In this way, programs can be optimized or more complex measuring tasks can be implemented. Content • Review, questions about ZEISS CALYPSO from practice, • Qualify the probe, special alignment, • Form testing, working with CAD models, special measuring features, special constructions, • Advanced programming functions, formula and loop, program optimization, exercises, • Program and process automation, • Report generation, • Programming workpieces, discussions, introduction curve, • Practical exercises.
