Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine and ZEISS GEAR PRO rotor who want to measure rotors. Prerequisites Experience in metrology and working with ZEISS CALYPSO. Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. PC knowledge must be available. Maximum class size is 3 trainees. Learning Target Learn how to measure and evaluate male, female, and straight rotors. Content • Covers common characteristics like profile, lead, pitch, runout, and tip and root diameters. • Review K-charts and the ability to pair male and female rotors. • Exercises. • Further learning targets and content of the training according to individual agreement.
