Attendees Operators of the coordinate measuring machine who want to parameterize their own CNC programs. Prerequisites Several years of experience in metrology and working with ZEISS CALYPSO. Participants have completed ZEISS CALYPSO Basic Training. PC knowledge must be available. Maximum class size is 3 trainees. Learning Target With this training, PCM functions can be used in ZEISS CALYPSO and CNC programs can be parameterized. Content • Principle of parameterization, process structure, declaration of variables, export and edit nominal and measured values, • CMM travel movement based on measured values, operator inquiries, controlling measuring runs via inputs, part families, generate parameter file, • Start runs with parameter files, looping, start batch files, export data, generate indexed text files, • Exercises with various PCM commands, • Stylus functions, pitch parameterization, PCM and Autorun. • Further learning targets and content of the training according to individual agreement.
